  • Payments

    We are currently accepting payment at reception.

    We will invoice you for any services you receive if you wish to minimise your contact with the medical centre.

    Payments can be made by online banking to West End Medical Centre Bank a/c 12-3106-0066116- 00

  • Appointment times

    If you Arrive Early for your appointment you may still have to wait until your allocated appointment time to be seen.

    If you Arrive Late for your appointment start time you may have to wait until the doctor can slot you in (in some cases this may be over an hour) or you may have to reschedule to another date.

  • Lab results

    The Doctor or Nurse will only contact you if your lab results are UNEXPECTEDLY ABNORMAL. We will NOT contact you if your results are normal. Please use ManageMyHealth app to see your results.

  • Repeat Prescriptions

    When ordering a repeat prescription please allow over TWO working days to process.

    Urgent prescriptions take within TWO working days.

  • Accounts fee

    If you have difficulty paying for your visit please approach reception staff so they can discuss alternative arrangements with you. Payment still outstanding at the end of the month without an arrangement with us will incur a $5 administration fee.
