ManageMyHealth™ is a secure website which receives an individual’s personal health information uploaded from their doctor, or health practitioner’s, practice management system. It allows you to make a standard appointments (15 minute), receive recalls, requests a repeat of regular prescriptions and see test results as well as your consultation notes online. It can also be used to store other health-related information which may not be recorded, such as other treatments you have received, or other medications that you may be taking.
If your reason for an appointment is complex, requires a procedure such as a smear/ Drivers Licence Medical or you need a longer appointment, please contact reception at West End Medical Centre.
It allows access to your personal health information from any internet device at anytime, anywhere in the world. Each family member will have their own account, linked to their individual e-mail address. Please do not use the email system to request prescriptions as it is not regularly monitored. Prescription required in less than 24 hour (1 business day) will incur an urgent script charge.

Neighbourhood Healthcare Homes
We are pleased to announce that in July 2017 we were one of first 4 practices to implement this new primary medical services which is called Neighbourhood Healthcare Homes. This is part of the bigger picture with the way that primary health care is going to change over the next 2 years. The main purpose of Neighbourhood Healthcare Homes is to provide timelier and more focused health care for our patients. Read more about this initiative here
Nurse Led Clinics
At West End Medical Centre, we run daily Nurse Led Clinics in addition to regular doctors’ appointments. Our nurses are working under Standing Orders and are able to treat basic medical conditions such as sore throats, impetigo, etc. GPs will be called into consultation if necessary allowing us to have more appointments available for you at a lower cost each day.
